Our approach to therapy at Milestones in Motion Occupational Therapy is centered around a personalized and holistic care model that prioritizes the individual needs and well-being of each child we work with and their families. We believe in taking a comprehensive and tailored approach to therapy, recognizing that every child is unique and may require different strategies for growth and development.

Services are available in home, at schools, and in community settings.
In person services are available in Mercer County, New Jersey.
Teletherapy and virtual consults are available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Private Pay: We are not currently in network with insurance. Superbills are available as an out of network provider.

Lauren Gervasio, MOTR/L
Owner of Milestones in Motion Occupational Therapy
Lauren earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science and Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University.
Extensive Experience
- Early intervention, pediatric outpatient, and school-based settings.
- Experienced with ages 0-21 years
- Highly experienced in working with those with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, and/or Developmental Delay
- Focuses on sensory processing, regulation, fine motor, executive functioning, and motor planning challenges.
- Takes a holistic approach to treatment by considering the unique needs of each client and their family.
Personal Life
Enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children when not working.
